At Bestia Unchain, our METCON (CrossFit) class integrates functional exercises (gymnastics, with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and others with cardio) in a 60-minute format.
Each session combines a warm-up, a strength/technique block, and a final workout that allows you to improve your agility and adaptability without falling into repetitive routines.
Then some stretching and a return to calm.
Total Variety
It combines barbell exercises, machines like rowing and cycling, and gymnastic movements for dynamic workouts where you'll never get bored.
Complete Training
