HYROX at Bestia Unchain is a 60-minute class that mixes running (or cardio machines) with moderate strength stations (sleds, kettlebells, etc.).
It's not the official competition, but a training session focused on improving your overall endurance to prepare for that competition, without more complex techniques.

Improve your endurance and strength while maintaining balance, without relying on extremely heavy lifts or excessive sprints.
