We are a training center located in the heart of Vitacura. We believe that everyone deserves a plan tailored to their schedule and needs, without falling into boring routines. We offer methodologies such as METCON (CrossFit), OPEN BOX, HYROX, and more, with a focus on safety, constant motivation, and supervision by expert coaches.

Train with Purpose

You don't come here just to "sweat for the sake of sweating." Each class is planned and has a clear objective to help you progress and be better than you were yesterday. Track your results through our app so you can see how you're improving.

Variety that Challenges You

A variety of 60-minute classes, each with a different plan and objectives, to improve strength, endurance, power, cardio, calisthenics, explosive power, weightlifting, and brute strength, with the best plans to help you reach your goals or train on your own. We're open Monday through Sunday, so there's no excuse for not having time.

Expert Coaches

You train accompanied, motivated and guided by top-level coaches who adapt the work to your level, in a spacious and ventilated area where you train seriously.

Metcon (CrossFit)

Dynamic, high-intensity classes that combine strength, cardio, and gymnastic movements. They improve your endurance, power, and overall work capacity in varied and challenging sessions, always with a clear objective. It's the most comprehensive and varied training we offer.

HYROX

Hybrid training that combines functional strength and cardio to improve your endurance and prepare you for a good race performance. HYROX consists of running and functional strength training. Ideal for runners who want to develop functional strength.

Be Strong

This workout focuses on developing raw strength using barbells and dumbbells, emphasizing technique, control, and progressive overload. It's ideal for building a solid foundation to enhance your performance in METCON, HYROX, or other high-intensity workouts. The class also includes a strength-focused WOD (Workout of the Day).

Lift (Halterofilia)

This program focuses on Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerk. It develops explosive power, coordination, and full-body strength with technical progression adapted to all levels.

Open box

Open Box offers its members the flexibility to train independently during designated hours. Use the gym's facilities and equipment to follow your own training plan or one of the training programs offered by Bestia UNCHAIN.

What to expect

In each class, experienced students and beginners share the same experience, as we do not like to segment people according to their abilities.


Instead, we tailor the training to be challenging for each student, taking into account their abilities and skills.


This allows us to offer a highly personalized service within the group class format, which are small groups of no more than 14 students per class.
